Alloy flange is also a material type of flange. Different from ordinary 20 #, Q235 and other carbon steel flanges, mainly used for special features of pipelines and pipelines, used in high temperature and high pressure positions. Its common materials are 12Cr1MoV, 15CrMo, P91, P22, 10CrMo910, etc.

Alloy flange production process

1. Molten casting is the first process of aluminum pipe production.

3. Coloring.

C, sealing hole: the pore sealing of porous oxide film formed after anodizing of anodic oxidation has enhanced the anti-pollution, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. It USES the strong adsorption of the oxide film in the front of the sealing hole to deposit some metal salts in the membrane hole, which can be used in many colors other than the natural color of the profile surface.
