Marine elbow

Marine elbow is the welding elbow used in the construction of the ship. The execution standard is GB/T10752-1995. Bending angle: ES Type 90 degree, 180 degree, 60 degree, 45 degree, 30 degree, 15 degree EL type 45 degree, 90 degree, 180 degree, 60 degree, 30 degree, 15 degree.

Nondestructive inspection: for I grade piping, the welding head with outer diameter greater than 76MM should be checked by X ray or Y ray. For II grade pipe, the welding head with outer diameter greater than 102MM to the welded joint and I class pipe, whose outer diameter is equal to or less than 76MM shall be checked by ray or Y ray with 10% sampling.

Technical requirements for marine elbows

1. All the materials used for marine elbows are GB/T5312-1999 carbon steel and carbon manganese steel seamless tubes for ships, and other materials can be manufactured according to user's requirements.

2. All the materials used for marine elbows need to be certified with quality, and comprehensive examination should be made according to the relevant standards and specifications.

3, in order to negotiate, increase the material inspection items, such as ultrasonic, penetration, magnetic particle flaw detection or other inspection items.

4. The inner and outer surface of marine elbow should be rust treated and coated with antirust oil.

5, the qualified ship elbow does not withstand pressure test in principle, but should ensure that all the diameter joint can pass the examination of the hydraulic pressure test in the system.
